Viibet's Terms and Conditions — In plain English

By using the Viibet website (https://viibet.net) or mobile application, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Viibet and the user.

Viibet operates under a license from an international gaming authority. Any Bangladesh resident aged 18 or above is eligible to use this platform. Government officials, close relatives of Viibet employees, and residents of legally restricted regions are not permitted to use this service.

Viibet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Each individual may register a maximum of one account.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your password secure is entirely your own responsibility.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before withdrawals and for transactions above a specified amount. Any one of the following documents may be required:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Key Rules

• Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory — failure to do so may delay the credit to your balance.
• The mobile number used to make the payment must be registered on your account.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

The following rules apply to all users placing bets on Viibet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — however, Cash Out may be available in certain cases.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with Viibet's established policy.
• Viibet reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• For delayed odds acceptance in live betting, the last confirmed odds will apply.
• Placing an unusually high volume of bets on the same event from a single account may trigger an investigation.

Maximum Win Limit

Maximum winnings from a single bet are capped at ৳50 lakh. Different limits may apply to accumulator or multiple bets. Maximum bet amounts may also vary for specific events.

Viibet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each offer comes with its own specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is typically 10 to 30 times the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements also apply to any winnings from free bets.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific sports or markets.

Viibet takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting, or attempting to exploit loopholes in the system may result in permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Viibet platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account using someone else's identity
• Use of automated bots or software
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches
• Harassing or disturbing other users
• Attempting to hack any part of the platform

Viibet treats the security of your personal information as its highest priority. Details provided during registration are used solely for service delivery, verification, and security purposes.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Your information is not shared with authorities except where required by law.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to enable for added security.

Viibet believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. To support this, we offer the following tools:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Self-exclusion (temporary account closure for a set period)
• Cooling-off period (7 days to 6 months)
• Reality Check (periodic reminders of your time spent betting)

Viibet may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or incomplete registration details
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Suspicious betting patterns or suspected fraud
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:

• Step 2: If the matter is not resolved within three business days, please submit a formal complaint.
• Step 3: A final decision will be communicated within seven business days.
• Step 4: If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute over a bet result, Viibet's system logs will be considered the final and definitive record.

Viibet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or in-app notification.
